Federica is your point of contact for planning how the celebration will work at the estate. She helps translate your agreed programme into practical arrangements with the house team and approved local suppliers.

Her role supports your work as the appointed wedding planner. The estate liaison scope, availability and any additional coordination are confirmed in your tailored proposal.

You lead the wedding planning

You remain the principal wedding planner for your clients, shaping their creative vision, managing your client relationship and coordinating the overall wedding programme and your appointed team.

Share your proposed schedule, event plans and supplier requirements with Federica so that estate arrangements can be agreed early. External planners require estate approval before a booking is confirmed.

Federica connects the estate team

Federica helps coordinate estate access, use of the agreed spaces, house-team arrangements and the operational requirements of each gathering. Together, you establish a clear division of responsibilities and points of contact.

Working together, from brief to celebration

Spaces and programme

Review ceremony, reception, dinner and dancing locations alongside guest numbers, layouts, event hours and access. Welcome aperitivo, a pre-wedding supper and a day-after gathering are considered within the full wedding-week programme.

Catering and approved suppliers

Wedding dinners require professional catering through the estate’s approved partners. Federica can help connect your brief with approved catering, bar and technical suppliers. Puglia’s best caterers are in high demand, so secure the estate week and catering early.

Access, setup and operations

Agree supplier arrivals, deliveries, setup and breakdown, event power, sound, lighting, furniture and restroom requirements with the estate team. Creative suppliers require prior approval; key technical services use the approved network.

Guest comfort and wet-weather plans

Coordinate the estate elements of guest comfort and a practical wet-weather arrangement. Alternative layouts, marquees or stretch tents, additional facilities and staffing are discussed and quoted around the agreed event plan.

Dining during the wedding week

The resident chef and house team look after meals for the guests staying at the Masseria. Wedding dining and larger events require separately agreed catering, staffing, table setup and service. Your proposal distinguishes resident meals from event catering, bar service and production.

Giardini Pistola

Giardini Pistola event spaces are reserved separately from the Masseria stay, subject to availability. Federica helps agree the reserved areas, access, setup and event times with you and the estate team.

A clear scope, agreed in writing

Your proposal sets out estate accommodation, estate liaison, event-space hire and separately quoted suppliers, production and supplementary events. Any additional planning or event-day coordination must be expressly agreed, including who is responsible for each part of the programme.

Relevant commercial terms are agreed individually before a booking is confirmed. An enquiry does not reserve dates or confirm a booking.
